1. Water bath heating system:
1.1 Heating method: Automatic temperature control and constant temperature water bath, one-time molding design, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, easy to clean!
1.2 Constant temperature water bath heating, PID precise temperature control; Equipped with a fast automatic temperature control system to shorten analysis time.
1.3 The water bath system should be equipped with intelligent automatic inlet and outlet, capable of automatic recognition upon startup, water shortage alarm, and automatic liquid addition.
1.4 Heating power: 1500W, uniform heating.
1.5 Temperature Range: Room Temperature -99.9 ℃, Temperature Control Accuracy: ± 1 ℃
2. Automatic acid addition system:
2.1 It is required to have no less than six independent acid adding units, using high-precision acid adding devices and imported corrosion-resistant pipelines, which can achieve automatic quantitative acid addition, avoiding contact between experimental personnel and acid, with an error of ± 0.5ml.
2.2 Automatic cleaning function: It has a one click cleaning function, which can automatically pre wash and one click clean when turned on; Clean the six pipelines in a timely manner to avoid prolonged blockage caused by residual acid in the pipelines.
2.3 The whole machine is equipped with a waste liquid collection device. After cleaning the pipeline, the waste liquid is automatically collected.
3. Nitrogen purging system
3.1 Adopting imported proportional valves, nitrogen flow rate digital automatic adjustment, strictly following national standards, nitrogen flow rate can be automatically adjusted according to standards, automatic timing, automatic stop, reducing manual errors. The entire experimental process is highly automated and does not require manual supervision!
3.2 Single channel nitrogen flow regulation range: 0-600ml/min, control accuracy ± 1.5% fs
3.3 Nitrogen inlet pressure: 0.1Mpa
3.4 The nitrogen flow rate of each sample is independently controlled and protected by dual safety valves to ensure the safe and effective conduct of the experiment.
3.5 Nitrogen constant purging, gas source time can be timed and controlled, and the gas source will automatically shut off when the set time is reached.
3.6 It can work in different time periods and flow rates according to standards, automatically adjust, empty the air inside the bottle, and achieve high experimental recovery rate!
